Blue Burrito
is a newly opened, locally owned restaurant in downtown Cortland,
located at 11 Groton Avenue. The food is all cooked on premises and
presently consists of burritos, and barbeque sandwiches--also offering
vegetarian meals including beans, rice and vegetables. The choices can
be combined to make a beef and bean burrito or pork, chicken or any
other combination burrito since the food is all made to order.
The Blue Burrito also has fresh daily- baked wick rolls, for their
delicious shredded beef sandwiches with barbeque sauce and the
Blue Burritos' very own special melted cheese sauce. The shredded
beef is sourced from locally raised all natural beef.
The Blue Burrito offers a full line of burritos with fresh toppings and
vegetarian offerings including black beans in a sherry sauce, mexican
rice and other tasty homemade hot sauces.
The Blue Burrito is conveniently located downtown, near the
Groton Ave. parking lot, next to the Cortland
Elks building in a pleasantly renovated 1925 era former bank building
with hardwood floors, high ceilings and soft blue lighting.
